【摘要】 目的　采用随机化多因素研究方法对两种术式进行回顾性的分析与总结。方法　病变限于腮腺包膜内 735 例病例分别接受两种术式治疗,每一种术式随机筛选 120 例进行分组,对术后复发、畸形、面神经麻痹、味觉出汗综合征等指标进行 2 周~3年的随访观察。结果　术后畸形、面神经麻痹、味觉出汗综合征等指标两组之间存在显著差异。结论　改良术式能有效减少腮腺手术后多种并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Using randomized multi-factor method to retrospectively analyse two operation methods.Methods Seven hundreds and thirty-five cases of intramembrane lesions of parotid gland were treated with two operation methods.One hundred twenty cases randomly selected from each operation treatment were divided into two groups.The post-operation deformity,facial paralysis and Fery′s syndrome were observed from 7 weeks to 3 years.Results There were significant differences in post-operation deformity , facial paralysis and Fery′s syndrome.Conclusion Improved operation methods can effectively reduce the post-parotidectomy complications.更多还原
