【摘要】 目的　评价自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效及影响因素。方法　确诊 2型糖尿病伴糖尿病足患者 1例 ,在硬膜外麻醉下进行骨髓采集 (30 0ml) ,分离出干细胞 ,配成干细胞混悬液。将干细胞混悬液小腿肌肉注射进行左侧下肢移植。同时进行左足第三跖趾关节远端切除术。结果　自体骨髓干细胞移植后 ,患者患肢冷感、麻木、疼痛、间歇性跛行明显好转 ,切除坏疽足趾伤口完全愈合 ,移植后 1个月后患者踝肱压指数 (ABI)明显上升 ,未出现并发症和不良反应。结论　采用自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足患者 ,方法简便、安全有效 ,值得临床推广和深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of autologous marrow stem cells transplantation in diabetic foot. Methods Marrow was collected after the patient was extradural anesthesia of spinal cord and stem cells in marrow were separated and intramuscularly injected into the left lower limb. The clinical and laboratory findings were monitored every 3d for 1 month. Results One month after the stem cell transplantation, severe pain lameness, local cool-feeling and ulcer were improved, and ABI increased significantly. No related complication or adverse effect was observed during the one month observation.Conclusion Transplantation of autologous marrow stem cells might be a simple, safe, and effective method for the treatment of diabetic foot.更多还原
