【摘要】 目的　研究IGF 1、IGFBP 1对血管生长的影响及相互调节作用。方法　采用CAM技术在体研究IGF 1、IGFBP 1对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生长的影响。结果　IGF 1组一级、二级血管数比对照组明显增加 ,IGFBP 1组血管数无明显改变 ,二者混合组血管数增长受到抑制。结论　IGF 1具有显著的促血管生长的作用 ,而IGFBP 1能够部分抑制这个作用 ,但IGFBP 1本身对血管生长影响不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To investigate the effect of IGFBP-1 and IGF-1 on the vascularization. Methods The CAM technique was used on study of the activity on IGFBP-1 and IGF-1. Results The numbers of first and second grade vessel in IGF-1 groups have obviously increased, no changes of the numbers of IGFBP-1 groups, the vessel growth of mix groups were suppressed. Conclusion The results indicated that IGF-1 could promote the CAM newangiogenesis, the IGFBP-1 didn’t affect the angiogenesis, but it could inhibit newangiogenesis induced by IGF-1 in the CAM.更多还原
