【摘要】 目的　了解重庆市糖尿病 (DM)、高血压 (HBP)、血脂紊乱及代谢综合征 (MS)等病的患病情况。方法　采用横断面调查方法对重庆市局部地区 3717例 2 0岁以上自然人群进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验 (OGTT)等调查。结果　DM、糖调节受损(IGR)、HBP、血脂异常、超重 /肥胖、MS等病的患病率分别为 10 .38%、15 %、35 .4 3%、4 6 .95 %、30 .87% / 3.82 %、9.6 9%。各种疾病随年龄增加而增高 ,高甘油三酯血症、超重和肥胖的患病高峰年龄男性为 5 0岁 ,女性为 6 0岁。结论　重庆市糖尿病及相关疾病的患病率较高 ,应加强防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the prevalence of diabetes (DM), hypertension (HBP), abnormal blood lipid profile, metabolic syndrome (MS) in Chongqing city.Methods The exploration of DM and other associated diseases in 3717 Chongqing citizens over 20 years old was done by oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) in a cross-section study.Results The prevalence of DM,IGR,HBP、abnormal blood lipid profile,over-weight, obesity and MS was respectively 10.38%,15%,35.43%,46.95%,30.87%,3.82% and 9.69%.The prevalence of most diseases was increased as age. The peak age of hyper- triglyceride, over-weight and obesity was 50y at men and 60y at women.Conclusions The incidence of DM, HBP, abnormal blood lipid profile, metabolic syndrome (MS) in Chongqing city was high, the prevention and treatment of those diseases maybe strengthened.更多还原
