【Abstract】 Being honest and faithful have been a traditional virtue of Chinese, and seen as "the basic of upgrading ethics and constructing careers". The 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China (16th NCCPC) has further promoted ideological and ethical progress with honest and faith as the focus under the condition of marketing economy.
