【摘要】 依据高校培养大学生创新能力的理论,从高校图书馆工作实践出发,分析阐述了高校图书馆为了满足社会对创新人才之需,应把培养大学生创新能力作为服务的关键,着力在优化育人环境、提高文献采访工作质量、充分发挥图书馆教育职能和情报职能、参考咨询等几个方面培养大学生创新能力,并分别指出了在上述几方面工作中培养大学生创新能力的实现途径和改进措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theories about improving college students’ innovative ability and the reality of the present situations of college libraries, the article points out that college libraries should try to improve students’ innovative ability, to better the educational environment, to improve the quality of literature inquiry and make the best of its education function and information function.
