【Abstract】 The shortage of water resource is very serious in our country as well as in the world. The water resource is fairly adequate in Chongqing. But with the problem of bad habits in using water, the functional shortage of water becomes more and more serious. Therefore industrial enterprises should voluntarily transform their minds for strengthening the consciousness of water-saving and pollution-reducing, protecting the natural resources and optimizing the ecological environment.
