苜蓿草块替代部分精料补充料对奶牛产奶性能的影响

【摘要】 本试验选用体重、产奶量、产奶月份、胎次均相近的健康荷斯坦产奶母牛40头,随机分成2组,即对照组和试验组,进行苜蓿草块替代部分精料补充料的饲喂试验。对照组按原日粮饲喂,试验组用1kg苜蓿草块替代等量的精料补充料。预试期为7d,正试期35d。从奶牛的产奶量来看,与对照组比较,试验组平均每头牛每天产奶量提高了3.89%。从乳品质来看,与对照组比较,试验组的乳脂率提高了0.14个百分点,乳蛋白提高了0.09个百分点,干物质提高了0.11个百分点。通过经济效益分析比较,与对照组比较,试验组提高了10.58%。结果表明,使用苜蓿草块替代部分精料补充料饲喂奶牛是切实可行的。

【Abstract】 Thirty Holstein lactation cows were selected that avoirdupois,milk quantity,lactation period,embryo time are similar,and grouped four teams,control group,test group carry on experiment that alfalfa block substitute some extract feed supplement.Besides control group to feed according to original ration ,test group feed alfalfa grass block substitute 12% of the extract feed supplement.It is 7 days to do advance experiment,period of true experiment is 35 days. According to milk yield of the cow,compared with control group,milk yield of test group has been raised 3.89% everyday and every cow.According to dairy products quality,compare with control group,test group of butterfat rates been raised by respectively 0.14 points,the milk albumen has been improved by respectively 0.09 points,Dry mass of milk is improved by 0.11 points separately.According analysis of economic benefits,compare with control group,test group raise 10.58% respectively.Result indicate,use alfalfa grass block substitute some extract feed supplement is feasible.
