【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>Deer products are rare traditional Chinese medicinal materials,such as:antler、deer’s sinew etc.there are important meaning for researching deer genetic analysis.eg:protecting and using of species resources、forecasting of hybrid vigor、working for genetic breeding.thus this article summarizes the status of microsatellites as genetic markers in cervids.it illuminates microsatellites are a perfect molecular markers and extensive prospects.Meanwhile,I declare my opinions of status of microsatellite markers in animal genetic breeding.更多还原
