【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> In view of the readers’ needs and the characteristics of resources under network environment, this paper argues that on the basis of providing enough paper literature resources, the university libraries should improve on-line information resources, change service model and enrich service content, e.g. providing on-line information consultation and providing training for users. Accordingly, great importance should be attached to the knowledge update of librarians and to the improvement of librarians’ network qualities so that the service capacity and service quality of libraries can be enhanced.更多还原
