反向共沉淀法制备Y2O3-ZrO2纳米晶

【摘要】 以乙醇为分散剂和保护剂,采用反向化学共沉淀法,制备了Y2O3-ZrO2纳米晶。结果表明:所制备的纳米晶为立方晶系;Y2O3-ZrO2纳米晶呈球形,当焙烧温度为900℃时,粒子粒径约30nm,粒径分布均匀,无明显硬团聚体存在;Y2O3-ZrO2纳米晶为多晶结构;Y2O3-ZrO2的晶化温度为489.19℃;Y2O3-ZrO2纳米晶的相对密度随粒径增大而增大。

【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline Y2O3-ZrO2 were prepared by reverse coprecipitation method using ethanol as dispersant and protective reagent. XRD patterns show that the prepared nanocrystals are cubic in structure. TEM photos reveal that the Y2O3-ZrO2 nanoparticles are sphere in shape, the size was about 30 nm when calcinations temperature was 900℃, and no hard agglomerates are observed. ED images indicate that Y2O3-ZrO2 nanocrysals are polycrystalline structure. TGA-DTA analysis manifested show that the crystallizing temperature of Y2O3-ZrO2 is 489.19℃. Measurement of relative density shows that the relative density of nanocrystaline Y2O3-ZrO2 increase with the increase of particle sizes.
