固溶参数对冷变形Inconel718合金晶粒长大的影响
Effect of Solution Heat Treatment Parameters on the Grain Growth in Cold-Deformed Inconel718 Alloy
【摘要】 研究了固溶温度和保温时间对冷变形Inconel718合金晶粒长大的影响。在980℃~1000℃固溶处理时,晶粒长大缓慢,晶粒长大动力学指数为0.122~0.181,指数随固溶温度升高而增加。在980℃固溶处理时,保温时间不超过60min,可以得到细小的混晶组织;在990℃~1090℃固溶处理时,保温时间30min,晶粒均匀长大,晶粒均匀长大的表观激活能Q=176kJ/mol,晶粒长大是通过晶界空位扩散的晶界迁移机制。保温时间60min,在990℃~1030℃温度区间,晶粒长大不显著,当温度超过1030℃,晶粒明显粗化。
【Abstract】 The effects of solution heat treatment (SHT) on the grain growth in cold-deformed Inconel718 alloy have been investigated. The results reveal that the grain grow slowly during the anneal at 980℃, 990℃ and 1000℃. The growth exponents (η) have a small value, and are 0.122, 0.177 and 0.181, respectively. The values of η increase with the raise of SHT temperature. A fine structure can be obtained after annealing at 980℃. When annealed at 990℃~1090℃, the δ phase is precipitated. Holding 30 min, the effect of the δ phase is not obviously, grain grow equably. The experimental data of the apparent activiation energy (Q) for grain grow is 176 kJ/mol .The gain grow kinetics is that the grain boundary migrate by atoms diffuse though boundary vacancy. Holding 60 min, during 990℃~1030℃, the grain diameter D has a slightly increase with the increase of the solution temperature. Above 1030℃, grain coarsen.
