纯氧燃烧单元玻璃熔窑火焰空间三维图像模拟
Three-Dimensional Image Simulation of the Combustion Space of Glass Oil Furnace in Pure Oxygen
【摘要】 本文建立了玻璃熔窑火焰空间的三维数学模型,模型包括气相流动模型,雾化油滴燃烧的轨道模型和辐射传热模型。通过对年产9000吨“E”玻璃燃油纯氧单元玻璃熔窑火焰空间的速度场温度场用图像模拟以直观地表述出计算结果,说明该三维数学模型能够比较全面地反映火焰空间速度场温度场分布的规律,这对纯氧燃烧在玻璃熔窑中的应用和研究,具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
【Abstract】 In this paper, three-dimensional mathematical model of the combustion space of glass oil furnace in pure oxygen is described and the velocity and temperature are calculated using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The result is presented in the form of image, which makes it easier to learn the velocity and temperature of the glass furnace and optimize the quality of the glass furnace.
