热压法制备B4C基复合材料的反应机理
Reactive Mechanism of B4C Matrix Composite Fabricated by Hot Pressing Method
【摘要】 以B4 C、Si3N4 、α SiC及TiC为原料 ,Al2 O3+Y2 O3为烧结助剂 ,利用反应热压法制备了性能良好的B4 C基复合材料。通过XRD ,DSC以及EDAX分析可知 :烧结后物相组成发生了变化 ,最终物相组成为B4 C、α SiC、BN以及TiB2 ,其中B4 C和α SiC是烧结后试样的主晶相。对本试验的多元体系 ,根据热力学原理 ,判断了可能出现的反应热力学行为 ,确定出了适合本体系的反应方程式 ,并分析了反应机理。
【Abstract】 Using the powder stuffs of B4C, Si3N4, α-SiC and TiC, and sintering additive of (Al2O3+Y2O3), the B4C matrix composites with fine properties were fabricated by reacting and hot pressing method. By the analysis of XRD, DSC and EDAX, the changes of the phase composition have been observed after sintering and the final phase composites were shown to be made of B4C, α-SiC, BN and TiB2. And the main phase of the sintered materials was B4C and α-SiC. According to thermodynamics principle the thermodynamics behaviors of the possible reactions for the poly-system of the test were firstly justified. Furthermore, a feasible formula of the reaction in the test was determined and the reactive mechanism was analyzed.
