亚微米级SiCp增强Al基复合材料的力学和耐磨性能研究
Investigation on Mechanical and Wear Propeties of Sub-micrometer SiCp Reinforced Al Matrix Composities
【摘要】 以亚微米级 (1 30nm)SiCp和微米级 (2 0 0目 )Al粉为原料 ,采用冷压烧结和热挤压方法制备出体积含量分别为 1 .5 %、5 %亚微米SiCp增强Al基复合材料 ,研究了复合材料的硬度、拉伸、及耐磨性能。结果表明 :随SiCp含量的增加 ,抗拉强度从 1 70MPa降到 1 5 6MPa ,伸长率从 33.4 %下降到 30 .9%,其耐磨损性分别是Al的 0 .78~ 1 .1 0倍和 0 .92~3.6 6倍 ,其耐磨机理是其磨损表面和次表面在摩擦推挤形变的作用下形成了Al基体 +尺寸适中、近球状、分布弥散SiCp的理想耐磨减摩组织。
【Abstract】 The tensile properties, vickers harness and sliding wear-resistance of sub-micrometer 1.5~5.0vol%SiCp/Al matrix composites fabricated by powder metallurgy followed by hot extrusion were investigated. The results showed that with the increase in content of SiCp ultimate tesile strength decreased from 170 MPa to 156MPa,elongation decreased from 33.4% to 30.9% and vickers harness increased from 28.4HV to 33.3HV. The traction-wear is respectively 0.78~1.10 times and 0.92~3.66 times of that of Al under the load of 150N~600N. An excellent wear-resistance microstructure consisting of Aluminum matrix and spherical, moderate size and homogeneous distribution SiCp was formed in the wear surface of SiCp/Al matrix composites due to the plastic deformation resulting from fricution and attrition.
