铝表面高防护装饰性化学转化膜制作新途径
A new method for preparing protective chemical transform-film on aluminum surface
【摘要】 在含有硅超微粒子的电解液中,采用电化学方法对铝或铝合金进行一次电解,在其表面获得掺硅复合氧化膜,并在含有混合金属盐和硅配合体系中进行二次电解着色,获得具有高防护性的彩色复合铝氧化膜.测试结果表明:一次电解形成的掺硅复合氧化膜中硅的存在形式主要是NaA lS i3O8长石型结构,二次电解着色后,膜层中硅的存在形式主要是Ag8S iS6;膜的表观密度为3.53 g.cm-3、孔隙率10.6%、膜厚大于20μm;336 h耐盐雾实验腐蚀评级为10级,10周期(240 h)的耐交变湿热实验试片膜层无变化,28 d(672 h)耐霉菌实验长霉为0级,连续1 Y(365天)自然气候暴露实验腐蚀评级为10级.
【Abstract】 In an electrolyte containing micro crystalline silicates,an inlay Si composite oxide film was formed by single electrolysis of aluminum matrix surface and a protective and colored film was made by electrolysis-coloring of this oxide film in another electrolyte containing metal salt/Si-complex.The study on microstructure of the film shown that the Si state in the inlay Si composite oxide film made by this method is mainly of NaAlSi3O8structure and the Si state in the final colored film is mainly of Ag8SiS6 structure;the density,cavity ratio and thickness of the inlay Si composite oxide film are 3.53 g·cm-3,10.6% and 20 μm.The study on protection properties shown that the final colored film has permanent protective property: the grade of 336 h salt spray test is 10;there is no change of the film during the 10 T(240 h) alternate wet and heat test;the mold grade of the 28 days(672 h) mildew test is 0.;the eroded grade of continuous 1Y(365 days) nature-exposure experiment is 10.So the film which we mentioned above is suitable for application in severe atmosphere.
