SHS过程中非线性结构及其影响因素

【摘要】 自蔓延高温合成(SHS)过程是远离平衡的非线性过程,为研究其过程反应机理而实现对反应可控,对Ni-Si、Ti-C-Fe两典型体系的自蔓延高温合成过程进行了系统研究,并从理论上分析了其影响机理.建立了SHS过程燃烧动力学模型,对SHS所合成的材料进行了结构分析.研究表明:初始条件影响其合成过程中非线性结构,自蔓延高温合成过程中两种热传递非线性关系是非线性结构出现的前提条件;稳态燃烧模式产物颗粒较粗且分布均匀,非稳态燃烧模式产物颗粒较细.

【Abstract】 Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis process is a nonlinear process far from equilibrium, so the research on mechanism in this process was done in order to control the reactive process. After Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis processes of Ni-Si and Ti-C-Fe systems have been studied by the numbers, the effect mechanism has been analyzed theoretically. After the foundation of combustion dynamic model, the structural analysis of SHS products has been done. The results show that, the original conditions have effected on the nonlinear structure in process; the existence of two nonlinear thermo-conductive relation is the premise of nonlinear structure; the size of products in stable combustion model is larger and more even than one in the unstable combustion model.
