工艺参数对半固态Al-4Cu -Mg合金力学行为的影响

【摘要】 在热模拟实验的基础上,研究了各工艺参数对半固态和供应态Al4Cu Mg合金变形力学行为的影响。研究结果表明:在液固温度区间变形时,变形温度、应变速率对半固态和供应态Al4Cu Mg合金的流变应力峰值影响显著,对稳态流变应力影响较小。当变形温度超过某一临界值后,流变应力随变形温度的变化趋于稳定。在固相温度区间变形时,半固态与供应态材料流变应力的变化趋势基本一致,变形均为固相间的塑性变形。但供应态Al4Cu Mg合金的原始变形组织和半固态Al4Cu Mg合金的球状组织对变形的影响有所不同。

【Abstract】 Effects of deformation process parameters, including deformation temperature and the strain rate, on mechanical behavior of the semi-solid Al-4Cu-Mg alloy and the as-received were investigated through isothermal compression. The experimental results show that effects of deformation temperature and strain rate on peak stress of the Al-4Cu-Mg alloy are significant, and inappreciable on steady flow stress during the semi-solid state. Flow stress decreases with the increase of deformation temperature and the decrease of strain rate. The stress-strain curves of the semi-solid Al-4Cu-Mg alloy are similar to those of the as received at deformation temperature of 490℃. However, the semi-solid Al-4Cu-Mg alloy with spheroid grains and the as received alloy with irregular microstructure have different influence on mechanical behavior in the semi-solid state.
