光子晶体的研究进展
Research Status and Progress of Photonic Crystals
【摘要】 从20世纪80年代末提出光子晶体的概念以来,由于光子晶体独特的调节光子运动状态的特性,使其在许多领域有着广泛的用途。系统叙述了光子晶体的产生、结构、制备和应用,介绍了 ZnO 光子晶体的最新研究进展。
【Abstract】 Photonic crystal is a kind of new material brought forward in the last two decades of the 20~ centu- ry.Due to its peculiar properties in controlling photonic propagation,it has tremendous applications in optical fiber communication,photonie computer and other fields.Production,structure,design and application of photonic crystals are reviewed in this paper,and new progress in the research of zinc oxide photonic crystals is also presented.
