【Abstract】 Photonic crystal is a kind of new material brought forward in the last two decades of the 20~ centu- ry.Due to its peculiar properties in controlling photonic propagation,it has tremendous applications in optical fiber communication,photonie computer and other fields.Production,structure,design and application of photonic crystals are reviewed in this paper,and new progress in the research of zinc oxide photonic crystals is also presented.更多还原
