预烧温度对掺杂TiO2、MnO2的镍铁尖晶石惰性阳极微观形貌和性能的影响
The Effects of Presintering Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of Inert Anodes of NiFe2O4 Spinel with Additives TiO2,MnO2
【摘要】 研究了预烧温度对掺杂 TiO2、MnO2的镍铁尖晶石惰性阳极的微观结构、密度、抗热震性、抗弯强度、抗腐蚀性的影响。研究结果表明,预烧温度对惰性阳极的性能影响很大。当预烧温度为1000℃时,阳极的体积密度最大,抗弯强度最高,抗腐蚀性最强;预烧温度小于1200℃时,抗热震性均很好。综合各方面性能,最佳的预烧温度确定为1000℃。
【Abstract】 The effects of presintering temperature on microstructure,density,thermal shock resistance,bend strength and corrosion resistance of inert anodes of NiFe2O4 spinel with additives TiO2、MnO2 are researched.The re- sults show that presintering temperature has the great effects on properties of inert anodes.When the presintering tem- perature is 1000℃,the density and bend strength are max;and corrosion resistance is the best.When the presintering temperature is lower than 1200℃,the thermal shock resistance is good.Considering all properties,the optimal presin- tering temperature is 1000℃.
