光固定法改善医用高分子材料血液相容性
Improving Hemocompatibility of Medical Polymer Materials by Photochemical Immobilization
【摘要】 综述了表面改性方法-光化学固定法在提高医用高分子材料血液相容性方面的最新研究进展,介绍了光化学固定法的原理和优点,对利用该方法构建抗凝血材料表面的途径进行了分类,从构建生物惰性表面、负载抗凝血物质和表面仿生化三方面进行了介绍。
【Abstract】 In this article,recent progresses are summarized in improving the hemocompatibility of medical pol- ymer materials by surface modification method,i.e.,photochemical immobilization.The emphasis is on the principle and advantages of photochemical immobilization.In addition,the approaches for antithrombogenic surface are classified into three aspects,i.e.,bioinert surface,immobilization of anticoagulative substances and biomimetic surfaces.The applications of photochemical surface modification are also reviewed.
