振动力场对铁氧体粘结磁体力学性能和磁性能的影响
The Effects of Dynamic Vibration Field on the Mechanical Properties and Magnetic Performance of Ferrite Bonded Magnet
【摘要】 利用聚合物动态流变综合测试仪中的三螺杆混炼单元加工铁氧体粘结磁体粒料,研究了振动力场对铁氧体粘结磁体力学性能和磁性能的影响。试验结果表明,施加振动力场后,粘结磁体力学性能和磁性能都有不同程度的提高,而且振动参数对磁体性能有较大影响。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the effects of dynamic vibration field on the mechanical propertirs and magnetic performance of ferrite bonded magnet by using tri-screw mixing unit of polymer dynamic rheologic integral test system.The results indicate that there are a certain increase in the mechanical properties and magnetic performance as a resuh of vi- bration field,and vibrating amplitude and vibrating frequency have a great effect on the propcrties of fertile bonded magnet.
