γ-TiAl基合金定向凝固特性研究
Research on the γ-TiAl Based Alloy Directional Solidification Characteristic
【摘要】 用定向凝固方法在不同的生长速度下成功地制备了一批γ-TiAl 定向凝固试样。通过对不同生长速率下形成的γ-TiAl 金相组织观察和分析后发现:随着生长速率的增加,原先的初生稳定相β相的数量逐渐减少,亚稳相α相的数量逐渐增加;最后形成的由α2和γ组成的片层组织的片层间距λ与生长速率的 V1/3近似成反比关系。
【Abstract】 γ-TiAI samples with directional morphology are successfully prepared by using directional solidification technology at different drawing speeds.As research work is done on the observation and analyzing of γ-TiAl peritectic reaction metallographic samples,it is found that with the increasing of growth rate,percentage composition of the original primary sta- ble phase β decreases and metastable phase α increases;for the finally formed lamellar structure made up of α2 and γ lami- nas,the mean value of interlamellar(made up of α2 and γ phases)spacing is approximately in inverse proportion to growth rate cubic root.
