固相反应制备网状Fe(CO0.5Ni0.5)O5复合氧化物及其电磁学性质研究
Study on Preparation of Nanometer Reticulation Fe(Co0.5Ni0.5)O5 by Solid-state Reaction and Electromagnetic Characteristics
【摘要】 在低热固相条件下,采用 FeCl2·4H2O,CoCl2·6H2O,NiCl2·6H2O 与 NH4HCO3进行反应,制备出铁钴镍的混合前驱物,在580℃下分解该前驱物。分解产物经 XRD、SEM、TEM、粒度仪表征和化学分析后,获得了具有特殊网状结构,网骨直径约为25nm,网骨长度和直径比例为5的 Fe(Co0.5Ni0.5)O5复合氧化物粉体。时该粉体进行电磁学性质(介电常数ε、磁导率μ和吸波特性γ)测试后发现,其电磁学性质和吸波特性较其它铁氧体粉末改善明显。
【Abstract】 Precursors Fe2(OH)CO3,Co2(OH)2CO3 and Ni2(OH)2CO3 were prepared by solid state reaction of FeCl2·4H2O,CoCl2·6H2O,NiCl2·6H2O with NH4HCO3 at low heating temperature(ambient temperature).A compound oxide was obtained by decomposing the precursor for about 2 hour at 580℃.The compound was character- ized by XRD,SEM,TEM,Size instrument and chemical analysis.We have got a Fe(Co0.5Ni0.5)O5 nanometer powder of reticulation,25nm in diameter and aspect ratio(average length/average diameter)up to about 5.The electromagnetic characteristics(permittivityε,permeability μ and capability of absorbing electromagnetic wave γ)of the powder were determined.Its ε and γ were better as compared with other powder of compound oxide.
