煤沥青中间相的研究进展

【摘要】 煤沥青在炭化过程中会出现各向异性的中间相,主要论述了国内外关于煤沥青中间相研究的现状与进展。描述了煤沥青中间相的形成机理和形成条件,阐述了煤沥青中间相转化的热力学和动力学模型的发展动态,总结了中间相的分离与表征技术,并探讨了煤沥青的化学组成、热处理条件和添加剂对煤沥青中间相形成和结构的影响,最后提出未来可能发展的方向。

【Abstract】 Optically anisotropic liquid crystals termed“mesophase”appear in the isotropic matrix during the process of carbonization of coal-tar pitch.In this paper,the development of the mesophase prepared from coal-tar pitch is reviewed.Firstly,the mechanism and conditions of forming mesophase is introduced.Then,the latest progress of growth thermodynamic and kinetics models of mesophse are given.The technologies of separation mesophase from isotropic matrix and testing of chemical composition and structure of mesophase are also summarized. The effects of chemical composition of coal-tar pitch,condition of heat treatment and various additives on the forma- tion and growth of mesophase are discussed.Finally the trend of development in research on mesophase prepared from coal-tar pitch is also predicted.
