【摘要】 有机电致发光器件的电极修饰可以提高器件的发光效率、寿命和稳定性。综述了有机电致发光器件电极的修饰方法及其作用,实验证明:电极修饰是提高有机电致发光器件性能的有效手段。电极修饰包括阴极修饰和阳极修饰,但由于器件的效率、性能多半受限于阴极,故阴极修饰比阳极修饰更为重要。通过对各种修饰方法的比较,提出应把各种电极修饰的方法进行优化组合以最有效地提高器件的性能。

【Abstract】 The luminescence efficiency,life time and stability of organic electroluminescence devices (OELDs)can be improved significantly by modifying the electrodes of OELDs.The modification of electrodes includes the modification of cathode and that of anode,but the efficiency and performance of OLEDs are mostly restricted by the properties of cathode,therefore the modification of cathode is more important than that of anode.It is put forward that the methods of electrodes modification should be combined optimally to improve the performance of OLEDs by comparing various methods of electrodes modification.
