半导体光解水研究进展
Progress on Semiconductor Photocatalysts for Water Decomposition
【摘要】 概述了半导体光解水的原理、光催化剂及光催化体系等方面的研究进展,主要介绍了 TiO2、层状结构的铌酸盐 K4Nb6O17InTaO4和碱性金属钽酸盐 ATaO3(A=Li、Na、K)等光催化剂,并展望了该领域未来的研究。
【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the mechanism of water decomposition with solar energy for semi- conductors and several novel photocatalysts as well as systems of photocatalysis,mainly including TiO2,K4Nb6O7 with layered structure,InTaO4,alkali tantalates ATaO3(A=Li,Na,K)photocatalysts.Further st udies for water de- composition were also presented.
