磷钼杂多酸钝化工艺研究

【摘要】 铬酸盐钝化是常用的钝化处理方法,其钝化液中的Cr6+对人体及环境都有严重危害,为了替代铬酸盐钝化处理液,采用磷钼杂多酸为主要成分的钝化液对镀锌板进行钝化处理。通过中性盐雾(NSS)试验、湿热试验、盐水浸泡试验,确定了磷钼杂多酸钝化工艺及其相关参数。结果表明,本工艺简单、成本较低,镀锌板采用磷钼杂多酸钝化液处理后,耐蚀性明显提高,在质量分数为5%的NaCl溶液中浸泡54h无白锈生成。

【Abstract】 The Cr 6+ in commonly used chromate passivation liquid leads to severe damage to human bodies and environment as well. Thus it is imperative to develop novel passivation liquids as the replacement for the chromate one. The galvanized plate was accordingly passivated using phosphomolybdie heteropolyacid passivation liquid. The passivation technology and related parameters based on phosphomolybdie heteropolyacid were determined making use of neutral salt spraying test, damp-hot test, and saline water immersion test. It was found that the present passivation technology was easily controlled and had low cost. The galvanized plate after the passivation with phosphomolybdie heteropolyacid showed significantly increased corrosion resistance and gave no generation to white rust after immersion in neutral saline water for 54 h.
