【摘要】 目的探讨脑静脉血管畸形的临床特点及其治疗方法。方法回顾性分析18例脑静脉血管畸形的临床表现、影像学特征及治疗经验。结果18例均采取保守治疗,无癫痫发作或再出血,均能正常生活和工作。结论脑静脉血管畸形是一种良性的脑血管畸形,应尽可能采用非侵袭性的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical characteristics and therapeutic m ethods of cerebral venous malformation (CVM). Methods The clinical manifes tation, imaging characteristics and therapeutic experience of 18 CVM cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results The 18 CVM included 10 men and 8 women, with an average age of 34.5 years. The initial symptoms consisted of epilepsy se izures in 8 cases, cerebral ventricle hemorrhage in 4 and headache in 6. Angiogr aphy showed a typical "medusa’s head-like" image, with numerous dilated medullar veins draining to cortical or deep veins. The conservative therapy was adopted in all 18 patients, and all patients had capabilities to live a normal life and work without seizure attacks and second hemorrhage. Conclusion CVM is a ki nd of benign cerebral vascular malformation, and it might be better to treat it with noninvasive therapies.更多还原
