不同胶结状况对固井质量测井影响的模拟实验研究
Simulated Experimental Investigation About Effects of Different Bondings on Cement Bond Quality
【摘要】 针对固井质量评价中可能出现的几种典型胶结状况,制作了10∶1的小型模型井并进行了模拟测量,探讨了首波到时、首波能量与发射、接收探头之间的自由套管面积之间的关系。实验结果表明,首波到时、首波能量与发射接收探头之间的自由套管面积之间有很好的相关关系。结合首波到时和能量信息可以更好地评价小型模型井的不同胶结状态。
【Abstract】 Experimental simulation on cement bond logging was carried out in several typical scaled modeling wells with channels lacking in cement. The relationship between energy, first wave arrival and free casing area against the interval between transmitter and receiver of CBL tool was given. It was found that the above three parameters have good correlation. Combining information of the first wave arrivals and energy can evaluate the cement bond quality of modeling wells.
