多臂井径测井检测套损及其评价方法

【摘要】 套管损坏主要分为套管变形、破损和密封性破坏3类。多臂井径测井仪主要用于测量套管内径变化,提供套管变径、壁厚、套管外径变化、椭圆变形及等效破坏载荷等评价资料。根据多臂井径测井套损检测评价标准,已在WATCH平台开发出相对应的评价软件,可进行2~80臂井径测井套损检测评价,给出多种直观图,满足大多数生产井套管维修和工程地质应用的需要。

【Abstract】 Casing damages are classified into deformation, breakage and sealing damages. Multiarm caliper logging tool is mainly used for measuring inner diameter changes of the casings, provides evaluation data such as casing diameter changes, casing wall thickness, outer diameter variations of the casings, elliptic changes and equivalent damaging loading, etc. Based on casing damages inspection and evaluation standards of the tool, developed is the corresponding evaluation software on WATCH platform, which can evaluate the logging data for casing damages obtained from the tool, provide various quicklook graphs, thereby meeting the requirements of the casing inspection and maintenance as well as engineering geology of most production wells.
