【Abstract】 Counter-measures have been taken against the pitch smoke dust of low concentration but high temperature in small-sized carbon roasters.To be specific,they involve two stages: prior moist operation and electro static precipitating.First,larger particles of dust should be got rid of,the temperature of the dust should be reduced and the resistance be lowered.Then,electrostatic precipitating of the pitch smoke dust should be put into practice.The system has the advantages of automatic operation,lesser waste on electricity and energy,dust removing and high proficiency and the like,and only in this way can it meet the standards of smoke emission.更多还原
