蒸汽煅烧炉应用陶瓷绝热防腐涂层的研究

【摘要】 蒸汽煅烧炉外保温防腐是一个一直困扰碱行业多年的难题,为此,我们针对蒸汽煅烧炉的腐蚀环境、加热面积、炉体转速等参数设计了陶瓷绝热防腐涂层体系来解决这一难题,文中介绍了陶瓷涂层的隔热原理,隔热性能表征方法,复合层保温的优化配置,以及涂层实验的测定结果。

【Abstract】 s:Heat preservation and anti-corrosion of outer steam calciner has been puzzling soda industry for years. In order to solve this problem, we’ve designed an adiabatic ceramic anticorrosive coating system based on parameters of corrosion environment, heating area, furnace speed, etc. Herewith heat insulation principles of ceramic coating, demonstrating methods of heat insulation performance, optimized configuration of Compound layer heat preservation as well as results determined by coating experiments, are covered.
