【Abstract】 In contemporary China,the setting-up of the market economic system brings the constant enlargement of the freedom right,but because the transtion of the society fails to ensure all citizens to expand its free right equally,and has been aggravated and brought the gap between rich and poor by the market itself.According to the free right and rich or poor research that splits up in western market economy evolution,to understand the practical problem of contemporary Chinese transformation period,try proposing solving the direction of the problem.更多还原
