CoAPO-11分子筛在己烯骨架异构化反应中的应用及失活
Application of CoAPO-11 Molecular Sieve for 1-Hexene Isomerization and Its Deactivation in the Reaction
【摘要】 用水热法合成了CoAPO-11分子筛,并考察了温度和空速对分子筛上1-己烯骨架异构化反应的影响.结果表明,1-己烯转化率以及产物异己烯的选择性和收率均随空速的增加而降低;而随着温度的升高1-己烯转化率也升高,异己烯的选择性和收率则先增加后减小,在300℃附近有一最大值.另外从分子筛的晶相、孔道尺寸以及酸性的变化等方面探讨了再生后的分子筛催化性能下降的原因.
【Abstract】 The CoAPO-11 molecular sieve was prepared by the hydrothermal method and used to catalyze the skeletal isomerization of(1-hexene).The reaction is influenced by temperature and space velocity.The catalyst shows best catalytic performance at about 300 ℃ and a low space velocity of 2.4 h-1.By comparing the physicochemical properties of fresh catalyst with those of regenerated catalyst,the deactivation of CoAPO-11 may be due to the changes in its framework,acidity and pore size distribution after regeneration,which are caused by the Co loss from the framework.
