直接甲醇燃料电池Pt-Ru/C催化剂的稳定性
Durability of Pt-Ru/C Catalyst in Direct Methanol Fuel Cells
【摘要】 采用单电池寿命测试和电化学快速老化两种方法考察了直接甲醇燃料电池阳极电催化剂Pt Ru/C的稳定性,研究了电池实际运行条件下催化剂微观形貌的变化对电池性能的影响.结果表明,Pt Ru/C催化剂做成膜电极后,粒径由2 8nm增大到3 8nm ,催化剂的粒径随放电时间的延长有增大的趋势,连续放电32 0h ,粒径增大到5 8nm .采用电化学方法能够快速地评价催化剂的稳定性,大大缩短催化剂稳定性评价的周期,有利于催化剂的制备和筛选
【Abstract】 The durability of Pt-Ru/C catalyst was evaluated using direct methanol fuel cells single cell test and electrochemically accelerated aging (EAA) method under the operating condition. The particle size of Pt-Ru/C catalyst increased from 2 8 nm to 3 8 nm after hot-press during the electrode preparation. The particle size tended to increase with the testing time and increased up to 5 8 nm after 320 h operation. The EAA method allowed the Pt-Ru/C catalyst to ripen quickly and significantly shortened the period of catalyst durability evaluation, which benefits the catalyst preparation and screening.
