羟丙基淀粉合成工艺改进研究
Improvement of technology for preparing hydroxypropyl corn starch
【摘要】 以环氧丙烷和玉米淀粉为原料,采用新型多组分复合催化剂合成羟丙基玉米淀粉,研究了改进后各反应因素对产品取代度、黏度的影响。结果表明,自制的复合催化剂使反应时间比单一催化剂更短,效果更好。确定的较佳工艺条件为:淀粉乳中淀粉质量分数为25%,每1 L淀粉乳中环氧丙烷用量7.5 mL,催化剂用量2.5%(占干淀粉质量),40℃下反应5.8 h。
【Abstract】 The technology for preparing hydroxypropyl corn starch was improved by using propylene oxide and corn starch as raw materials and a new multi-component composite catalyst.Various factors that effect the substituting drgree and viscosity of the product were examined.Experiment results showed that the new catalyst can offer a shorter reaction time as well as a better product.Suitable conditions were identified as: starch content in the suspension(25 %)(w/%),propylene oxide consumption(7.5 mL) for 1 L of the strach suspension,catalyst dosage(2.5 %) of the starch(w/%,dry basis),reaction temperature(40 ℃) for(5.8 h).
