合成硬脂酸钙新工艺研究

【摘要】 通过改变原料的投放顺序和控制氢氧化钠与催化剂过氧化氢的滴加速度一步合成硬脂酸钙。以硬脂酸钙产品中游离酸质量分数为实验指标,采用单因素实验和正交实验法考察了反应温度、反应时间及原料配比等对产品中游离酸质量分数的影响,得到了反应的较优工艺条件:反应时间为120 min,反应温度为70℃,C17H35COOH与CaCl2摩尔比为2∶1.15,C17H35COOH与NaOH摩尔比为1∶1.40。在以上工艺条件下的实验结果表明,硬脂酸钙产品游离酸含量和熔点分别为0.51%和140℃,产品指标达到国内企业标准。

【Abstract】 Calcium stearate was prepared by a one-step process using stearic acid and calcium chloride as the starting materials and under the help of sodium hydroxide solution and hydrogen peroxide.Taking the free stearic acid in the product as the indicator of the conversion reaction,a series of single factor experiments as well experiments in line with orthogonal design were carried out and the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and mole ratio of the starting materials on the reaction conversion were examined.The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions can be defined as:reaction temperature 70 ℃,reaction time 120 min,mole ratio of stearic acid to calcium chloride 2∶1.15,mole ratio of stearic acid to sodium hydroxide 1∶1.40.The melting point of the product is 140 ℃ and the free stearic acid content is 0.51 %,which achieves the requirements of the product standard.
