氯氰菊酯对鲫鱼血清中谷丙转氨酶及谷草转氨酶活力的影响

【摘要】 试验结果表明,高效氯氰菊酯对鲫鱼的96 h LC50为11.4μg/L。经0.114μg/L、0.57μg/L、1.14μg/L质量浓度处理后,随着农药质量浓度的增高和暴露时间的延长,谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)的活力升高,表明此农药对鲫鱼机体的损伤也增强。GPT和GOT活性可以作为杀虫剂对环境安全性的一种评价标准。

【Abstract】 Acute toxicity of beta-cypermethrin and its effects on serum glutamicpyruvic transaminase(GPT) and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT) activities in crucian carp were determined.The results indicated that the 96hLC50 of beta-cypermethrin was 11.4 μg/L.The serum was exposed to the beta-cypermethrin levels of 0.114,(0.57),and 1.14 μg/L for 0,5,10,15,and 20 d,respectively.The results showed that serum GPT and GOT activities enhanced significantly with increase in the beta-cypermethrin concentration,and in the exposure time,indicating that serum GPT and GOT can be used as an indicator of toxicological assessment.
