【Abstract】 One kind enrichment culture medium for photosynthetic bacteria was optimized in an orthogonal experiment. The results showed that yeast extract and NaHCO₃ （sodium bicarbonate ） concentrations significantly affected the accumulation culture of Rhodospirillaceae. Using the same growth density （OD 660 ） as an index, there was 5～6 days shorter in the optimal medium than in the original medium for the enrichment.更多还原
