九孔鲍养殖水体及消化道细菌学的研究
Bacteriological Studies in a Digestive Tract of Abalone (Haliotis diversicolor supertexta) and in the Waters
【摘要】 2002年对汕尾健生鲍鱼养殖场养殖水体和鲍消化道中异养细菌及弧菌的数量和类群组成进行了研究。研究结果表明:养殖水体中异养细菌数量的四季变化从2 4×104~1 3×105cfu ml,平均为7 6×104cfu ml;消化道中异养细菌数量四季变化则从1 6×107~5 4×107cfu g(湿重),平均为3 3×107cfu g。水体中弧菌数量四季变化从1 2×104~5 1×104cfu ml,平均为2 5×104cfu ml;而消化道中弧菌数量四季变化则从2 8×105~3 8×105cfu g,平均为3 2×105cfu g。水体中细菌类群由Sphingomonas,Vibrio,Pasteurella,Moraxella,Pseudomonas,Aeromonas,Flavobacterium,Klebsiella,Weeksella和Alcall组成,消化道中细菌类群由Sphingomonas,Vibrio,Aeromonas,Flavobacterium,Shewanella,Sphingobacterium,Pseudomonas组成,水体和消化道弧菌种类主要为Vibriofluvialis,Vibrioparahaemolyticus,Vibriovulnificus,Vibriocholerae,Vibriominicus,Vibrioalginolyticus。并对不同养殖场水源弧菌数量也进行了比较。
【Abstract】 Seasonal bacteriological surveys were conducted to qualify and quantify the bacterial compositions and density of heterotrophic and vibrios in the waters and the digestive tracts by plate-count method on Jiang Shen Abalone Farm in Shangwei, Guangdong province in 2002. The results showed that the heterotrophic bacteria density varied from 2.4×10~4 to 1.3×10~5 cfu/ml and from 1.6×10~7 to 5.4×10~7 cfu/g (wet weight) in the waters and the abalone guts, respectively, in which vibrio density ranged from 2.8×10~5 to 3.8×10~5·cfu/g correspondently. The heterotrophic bacteria species were predominantly comprised of Sphingomonas,Vibrio,Pasteurella,Moraxella,Pseudomonas,Aeromonas, Flavobacterium,Klebsiella,Weeksella and Alcall in the farming waters; and Sphingomonas, Vibrio,Aeromonas, Flavobacterium,Shewanella, Sphingobacterium, Pseudomonas in the guts. The dominant vibrio species were Vibrio fluvialis,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vibrio vulnificus,Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio minicus,and Vibrio alginolyticus both in the waters and abalone guts. The implications of the findings were discussed in relation to the prevention of abalone diseases.
