一种新型热电偶温度测量装置的设计
Design of new thermocouple temperature data acquisition system
【摘要】 介绍了一种基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线协议的热电偶温度采集装置的设计。采用了一种新型热电偶温度信号测量采样芯片MAX6675,成功地解决了K型热电偶温度测量本身的非线性与冷端补偿问题,提高了测量精度。由于使用DP专用协议集成芯片SPC3,装置除具有信号采样、处理、分析、调节功能外,还具有数字通信、自校正、自诊断、自动报警功能。
【Abstract】 Design of an intelligent thermocouple temperature measurement instrument based on PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus is presented.By the application of thermocouple measurement chip MAX6675,the problem of the K-type thermocouple temperature measurement of the nonlinear and cold-junction compensation are successfully resolved,and the measuring precision was greatly enhanced.The instrument not only has the function of signal acquisition,processing,analysis and adjusting but also of digital communication,self-calibration,self-diagnostic,self-compensation,self-alarming due to the use of intelligent DP communication chip SPC3.
