Sn-Zn-Cu复合氧化物气敏元件的制备与性能
Preparation and properties of Sn-Zn-Cu composite oxide gas-sensitive elements
【摘要】 从环境材料的理念出发,以SnO2,ZnO和CuO 3种物质为原料,直接混合烧结制得6种不同成分比例的Sn-Zn-Cu复合氧化物气敏元件。对这6种气敏元件进行性能测试,结果发现:SnO2∶ZnO∶CuO摩尔比为1∶1∶1的气敏元件对丁烷有较高的灵敏度、较好的选择性和响应恢复性能,具有应用开发的价值。
【Abstract】 Six gas-sensitive elements are prepared by sintering the mixture of SnO2,ZnO and CuO in different molar ratios.Performance of six gas-sensitive elements is tested.The results show that the gas-sensitive element which molar ratio of SnO2∶ZnO∶CuO is 1∶1∶1 has higher sensitivity,and selectivity and shorter response time and recovery time to C4H10.It is of great value to application and development.
