定时控温发酵器的单片机控制

【摘要】 介绍了定时控温发酵器的功能要求及单线数字温度传感器DS18B2 0的特点、工作原理 ,应用单片机AT89S5 2设计了一种基于DS18B2 0的数字化温度自动控制装置。同时给出了该装置的硬件结构、控制面板图和相应的软件设计。该装置已经过实践检验 ,各项性能指标均符合要求 ,现已申请专利并进行投产使用。使用效果良好且性能稳定可靠。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the function of Timing and Temperature Controlling Zymoscope, the characteristic and principle of the single bus digital temperature sensor DS1820. The paper applied to the single-chip-microcomputer AT89S52 to have designed a digital automatic device controlled by temperature, which is based on the DS18B20. It showed the hardware structure, control panel and software design of this device. The device has reached to the standard in all kinds of performances through practice and applied for the patent. It has been put into production.The effect of using is better and the performance is stable and trustiness.
