光学非球面度的探讨
Discussing on the Definition of Optical Asphericity
【摘要】 非球面度是描述非球面光学零件的重要参数,其值大小将影响到采用的加工方法、加工量的大小等。本文分析了几种非球面度的定义,研究了不同定义方法对采用计算机控制光学表面成形法指导加工的影响,从光学零件加工的角度探讨了光学非球面度的合理确定。
【Abstract】 Asphericity is an important parameter of describing aspheric optical part.It will affect the ways of manufacturing,the quantity of machining,and so on.In this paper,several different definitions of optical asphericity were given.The effects of different definitions of optical asphericity when using Computer Controlled Optical Surfacing were discussed.The best definition of optical asphericity was given when considering how to manufacture an aspherical surface.
