基于外光电效应的智能型SF6检漏仪的研究
Studying for the Intelligent SF6-Monitor Based on Outer Photoelectric Effect
【摘要】 本文阐明了SF6气体检测的重要性,论述了基于外光电效应进行SF6气体检测的原理,介绍了这种智能型检漏仪的关键硬件结构和软件实现。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the necessity of the monitoring SF6gas leak was explained and the principle ofthe monitoring SF6was discussed based on outer photoelectric effect. Finally were introduced the hard-ware and software design about main parts of the intelligent SF6-monitor the author introduced.
