半导体激光器温度控制系统的设计
Design of a Semiconductor Laser Temperature Control System
【摘要】 设计了一种利用单片机控制的半导体激光器温控系统。该系统通过对激光器中晶体和LD温度的实时采集和控制,使激光器工作于最佳温度点,从而减小了因温度的不稳定而造成的半导体激光器输出功率不稳定、输出波长发生漂移等不良影响。实验数据结果表明该系统的温度控制精度优于±0.2℃。
【Abstract】 A semiconductor laser temperature control system is designed based on single chip processor controller. The temperture of crystal and LD is real -time sampled and processed,and this system could make semiconductor laser work on its best temperature point .The output power variety and output wavelength shift of semiconductor laser caused by temperature unstability can be eliminated.The experimental result indicated that the precision of temperature could reach to ±0.2℃.
