A356铝熔体的复合过滤器的性能研究

【摘要】 在陶瓷过滤器(CFF)的基础上,以浸涂方式在过滤系统中加入JDN-1熔剂,形成复合陶瓷过滤器(CCFF),进而从传质、捕获和保持3个过程分析比较CFF和CCFF的夹杂过滤机理,最终得到A356铝熔体在CCFF模型下的性能参数.

【Abstract】 Based on CFF(Ceramic Foam Filter), the JDN-1 flux is added in the filtration system by means of dip coating so to construct the CCFF (Composite CFF) model.By means of analyzing and comparing the filtration mechanisms of CFF and CCFF through the three processes of inclusion diffusing, inclusion capturing and inclusion holding, the performance parameters of A356 molten aluminum with CCFF model is obtained.
