【摘要】 分析我国当前过度投资和重复建设的现状可见,不同类型的产业发生过度重复建设的程度是不同的。这一方面是由不同产业的性质和特征所决定,同时也是因为不同产业的经济规制程度和政府监管程度不同。因此,对产业进行合理分类,依据不同产业的特点,实施有效的分类监管,并实施必要的宏观调控,应是防止和治理过度重复建设的有效方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research on the status quo of the present over-investment and repetitive construction in China shows that the degrees of repetitive construction in enterprises of one kind vary from another because of the their different characters on the one hand and because of the differences in the degrees of economic regulation and governmental supervision. Therefore, it should be the effective ways to prevent and control excessive repetitive construction to reasonably categorize industries, implement effective supervision according to industrial characters, and carry out necessary marcro-control.更多还原
