【Abstract】 The investigation conducted among3266college students indicates that the qualities that teachers should possess in viewof college students are those they are lack of,such as responsibilities,professional levˉel,a wide range of knowledge,vividness of various teaching methods and mathematical logic,imparting knowlˉedge and educating people,improving students’ability,guiding thinking,etc.This investigation gives a basis for enhancing teachers’qualities and working out teachers training plans and strategies.更多还原
